You will govern external logistics partners across North America, drive performance tracking, and coordinate with Site Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience with logistics, operations, or supplier/partner management.
• Experience with 3PLs or external service providers.
• Understanding of operational KPIs and performance tracking.
• Experience in North America operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Americas partner governance framework, including meeting cadence and performance tracking.
• Translate contractual commitments into operational routines and performance metrics.
• Track partner performance against KPIs and service expectations.
• Identify performance gaps and support corrective action plans.
• Support onboarding, transitions, and cross-functional alignment.
