Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management from an accredited institution is required
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing with focus on operational excellence and leadership
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments including planning, execution, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, startup, and operations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and resources

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project execution following IDEA and FPX, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks
• Follow the project execution plan to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate project planning, tracking, and reporting against FPOs to ensure success
• Manage customer interactions, contractor relationships, and stakeholder alignment
• Oversee project portfolios across diverse sites, ensuring delivery per KPIs
• Act as Senior Project Lead when needed to ensure consistent delivery
• Drive application of best practices and continuous improvement in project management
• Lead project teams with safety and collaboration across regions
• Serve as primary contact for project, aligning technical, financial, and operational aspects
• Demonstrate strategic yet hands-on leadership with strong risk management
