Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing, with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership
• Experience in managing projects or programs within a regulated manufacturing environment, including planning, execution, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, startup, and operational phases
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate efforts across different departments, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget
• Experience with financial management related to project or operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting

Responsabilités

• Lead project execution following IDEA and FPX, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks
• Follow and implement the project execution plan methodology to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks
• Facilitate comprehensive project planning, tracking, and reporting against FPOs
• Manage customer interactions, contractor relationships, and communications to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Oversee project portfolios across diverse sites, ensuring delivery aligns with KPIs
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement in project management processes
