The role focuses on day‑to‑day governance, partner performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the network, coordinating with Site Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to meet service, cost, and compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or supplier/partner management.
• Experience working with 3PLs or external service providers.
• Understanding of operational KPIs and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Americas partner governance framework, including meeting cadence, escalation routines, and performance tracking.
• Ensure consistent application of partner management standards across sites while respecting local requirements.
• Coordinate governance forums (e.g., MBRs/QBRs preparation, action tracking, follow-ups).
• Reinforce clarity of roles and ways of working across Site Operations, Procurement, Quality, and other stakeholders.
