You will partner with scientific, business, digital, technology, and data teams to strengthen portfolio visibility, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure governance and delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, technology, project/program management, operations, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in program management, portfolio management, or related fields.
• Experience leading across cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.

• Strategic & Portfolio Alignment: Connect PSTS digital, data, AI, and technology priorities and investments to business and portfolio priorities and intended outcomes.
• Strategic & Digital Program Enablement: Lead integrated program management across PSTS digital, data, AI, and technology priorities.
• Integrated Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain integrated program and portfolio plans and facilitate alignment across partners.
• Programmatic Management & Execution Enablement: Lead the program-management layer across the portfolio and ensure progress against priorities.
• Risk, Dependency & Resource Integration: Identify cross-initiative dependencies, resource constraints, and risks; escalate as needed.
• Leadership Decision Enablement: Synthesize portfolio information into clear insights to support leadership decisions.
• Governance & Portfolio Visibility: Establish governance and reporting for progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Change & Business Readiness: Integrate stakeholder engagement and adoption across major initiatives.
• Outcomes & Continuous Improvement: Connect activity to outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen execution.
• Strategic Enablement: Apply capabilities to other high-priority priorities and transformation efforts.
