Qualifications

• Experience supporting project managers with procurement and admin tasks.
• Familiarity with vendor communication and compliance tracking.
• Ability to use workflow tools to improve transaction processes.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & procurement support for project implementation services.
• Process urgent equipment order requests and manage RMA processes.
• Submit change orders and expedites; liaise with suppliers and order management.
