Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks an Experienced Project Support Specialist to back NA MCN project managers across US and Canada. You will handle administrative, procurement, and workflow tasks, processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and helping keep project schedules on track.

This role emphasizes adherence to EHS standards, RMA processes, and improving transaction workflows with Kissflow, Coupa, iProcurement, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Experience supporting project managers with procurement and administrative tasks.
• Familiar with Coupa, iProcurement, Kissflow and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Procurement Support: Create PO requisitions for project services.
• Process urgent equipment orders and manage expedites.
• Support RMA processes and equipment change orders.
• Coordinate with order management to ensure timely shipments and schedules.
• Track accounts payable related to POs and liaise with vendors.
