Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Support Specialist to assist a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians across the US and Canada. You will handle administrative, procurement, and workflow tasks, including order processing, vendor communications, and compliance tracking to ensure successful project implementation.

Travel is under 25%, and the position offers an experienced track with a target base salary range of 58,000 to 65,000 USD.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & procurement support for project implementation services.
• Process urgent equipment order requests and manage RMA processes.
• Submit purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and project managers.
• Track and ensure on-time shipments and update implementation schedules.
• Assist accounts payable and act as liaison between PMs and vendors.
