This role requires experience with Coupa, iProcurement, Kissflow, and Google Workspace, with a target base salary range of $58,000 to $65,000. Travel is under 25%; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement systems and purchase order processes.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers and suppliers.
• Proficient use of Google Workspace for collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and procurement support to MCN SDI project managers across the US and Canada.
• Create purchase orders and process urgent equipment orders.
• Assist with Return Material Authorization (RMA) and change orders; monitor shipments and schedules.
• Manage accounts payable tasks related to purchase orders and supplier communications.
• Ensure EHS compliance information is communicated to suppliers and track updates.
