Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Support Specialist to back MCN project managers across the US and Canada. You will execute key administrative, procurement, and workflow tasks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will create purchase orders, process urgent requests, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. This role requires collaboration, attention to compliance, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience using procurement platforms to create purchase orders and manage vendor communications.
• Familiarity with RMA processes and handling urgent equipment requests.
• Knowledge of compliance and workflow tools to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase order requisitions for project services.
• Process urgent equipment order requests and track shipments.
• Assist project managers with RMA processing and change orders.
• Expedite orders and coordinate with order management to maintain schedules.
• Manage accounts payable tasks related to purchase orders and communications with vendors.
