You will handle administrative, procurement, and workflow tasks, including PO requisitions, order processing, vendor communications, and RMA support, ensuring on-time shipments and compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have experience with Coupa, iProcurement, Kissflow, and Google Workspace, and can navigate fast-paced project environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa - Easy Buy workflow.
• Experience with iProcurement processes.
• Experience with Kissflow workflow platform.
• Experience with Google Workspace tools and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & procurement support: create purchase order requisitions for project work.
• Process urgent equipment order requests and expedites with order management.
• Assist project managers with RMA and change orders tracking.
• Coordinate accounts payable tasks related to POs and supplier communications.
• Support compliance tracking and logistics per supplier standards.
