Job summary

GSW, powered by Syneos Health, is seeking a Project Planner to drive the financial and vendor aspects of accounts. You will manage scopes, estimates, and billing worksheets, assist in revenue forecasting, and coordinate production timelines across print, digital, and video to meet milestones.

The role requires 3+ years in advertising/marketing production, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA (or relevant experience).
• 3+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery.
• Good at establishing clear directions; effective communicator; problem-solver; adaptable communication style; organized.
• Technical Expertise: MS Office Suite; Experience with Project Management software (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of all print, digital, and video functions and interfaces with core teams.
• Identifies problems and provides solutions to meet client/agency needs.
• Delivers instructions clearly with backup materials when needed.
• Responsible for overall financial health of assigned brands: creates and maintains yearly budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates (with resource allocations) for individual tactics.
• Keeps documents up-to-date with current project assumptions.
• Manages the billing/invoicing process through billing worksheets.
• Provides input to quarterly reconciliation.
• Develops and refreshes project timelines (chronologies) with milestones.
• Creates and monitors project parameters for all jobs.
• Ensures end products deliver on time without compromising quality.
• Coordinates with print production houses to meet specs and expectations.
• Maintains production schedule/status and participates in weekly printing logistics meetings.
