Job summary

GSW, a full-service healthcare communications agency, seeks a Senior Project Planner to drive financial health across brands, manage budgets and billing, and forecast revenue. You will coordinate with brand teams and account leads, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financials while sustaining project pace and team engagement.

You will leverage MS Office and project management tools to build timelines, support vendor coordination, and communicate clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery.
• BS/BA (or relevant experience) required.
• Experience in health and medical advertising / pharma.

Responsibilities

• Drives the financial health of assigned brands.
• Creates and maintains yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates and manage billing processes.
• Leads monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.
• Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.
• Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.
