Job summary

GSW is seeking a Project Planner for a remote role based in the United States. The position oversees financials, timelines, and production coordination across print, digital, and video projects for client accounts at Syneos Health, ensuring on-time delivery and quality while managing budgets and billing processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in advertising/marketing production, strong communication, and MS Office/PM software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand all print, digital, and video functions and coordinate with resources and core teams.
• Identify problems and drive tangible solutions for client needs.
• Deliver clear instructions with backup materials when needed.
• Maintain annual budget scope documents and financial health of brands.
• Develop estimates with resource allocations for tactics.
• Keep documents aligned with current project assumptions.
• Manage billing/invoicing through billing worksheets.
• Provide input to quarterly reconciliations.
• Create and refresh project chronologies with milestones.
• Set and monitor project parameters to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with print houses on specs and production workflows.
