GSW, powered by Syneos Health in the United States seeks a Senior Project Planner to drive financial health across brands, manage budgets and billing, and coordinate complex projects with cross-functional teams.

You will forecast, develop timelines, and serve as the client contact for financial management, ensuring transparency and accuracy. The role emphasizes collaboration with brand managers and vendors within a full-service healthcare communications environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA (or relevant experience).
• 5+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery.
• Experience in health and medical advertising / pharma.
• MS Office Suite knowledge; familiarity with project management software.

Responsabilités

• Drives the financial health of assigned brands.
• Creates and maintains yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates and manage billing processes.
• Leads monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.
• Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.
• Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.
