Job summary

GSW is a full-service healthcare communications agency; Senior Project Planner drives financial and vendor aspects for accounts. You manage scopes, estimates, and billing worksheets, assist in revenue forecasting, and coordinate productions across brands.

The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and client financial management, collaborating with brand managers to ensure transparent, accurate brand financial health. Base salary aligns with the Syneos Health range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery.
• Expertise in financial management and vendor coordination.
• Strong understanding of print, digital, and video production.
• Experience with Gantt charts and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drives the financial health of assigned brands.
• Creates and maintains yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates and manage billing processes.
• Leads monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.
• Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.
• Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.
