Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a team of consultants and project managers supporting client implementations. You will carry the WorkForce Software relationship forward after a sale and enable first interactions between our largest clients and our HR solutions.

This role combines client relationship management, delivery oversight, and performance coaching. You will ensure contracts and timelines are met for complex projects, manage expectations,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people management experience with external clients.
• 8+ years of project management orientation with enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of clients ensuring retention and long-term partnership growth.
• Function as a strategic partner to align solutions with business goals.
• Provide escalation management and resolution leadership for delivery concerns.
• Lead client governance discussions to address risks and opportunities.
• Partner with teams on SOWs and change orders, ensuring proper scoping and profitability.
• Communicate effectively across internal teams to implement positive change.
• Build a high-performing, engaged team through coaching and development.
• Monitor billable utilization, labor mix, and delivery costs to protect margins.
