Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee end-to-end client software implementations and integrations. You will manage contractual deliverables, timelines, and client relationships to ensure long-term success across diverse industries and geographies.

You’ll lead project control activities, establish expectations, manage changes, and mitigate issues to keep projects on track. A training-focused, collaborative, and inclusive culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with external customers.
• 8+ years project management experience with enterprise software implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
• Hybrid work model expected near an ADP/WorkForce Software office.
• College degree is nice but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, execution and analysis of project change orders and Scope of Work documents, including their estimates.
• Create internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate internally with an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style to achieve support while implementing change initiatives.
• Cultivate innovation, confidence and trust.
• Support associates with skills required for successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Exhibit honesty and compassion for customers’ needs.
