Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a team of consultants and project managers supporting the implementation process for new clients. You will guide the first interaction between WorkForce’s largest clients and our HR solutions, ensuring timely and contract-compliant delivery across engagements.

This role requires strong client relationships, delivery oversight, and cross-functional leadership across geographies to maximize client value and adoption

Qualifications

8+ years of people management and project leadership with enterprise software implementations.
Experience with HR, payroll, or workforce management domains preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and hybrid work availability.
Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of clients ensuring strong retention and growth.
Function as a strategic partner to align solutions with business goals.
Provide escalation management and resolution leadership for delivery concerns.
Lead governance discussions to address risks and opportunities.
Collaborate on Statements of Work and change orders with profitability focus.
Coach and develop a high-performing delivery team.
Monitor billable utilization and delivery costs to protect margins.
