ADP, through WorkForce Software, is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive end-to-end client software implementations and integrations. You will manage contractual deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across diverse geographies and industries.

You will oversee change orders, financial profitability reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while advancing client success and long-term value. A strong PM background with HR/payroll knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management to external customers.
• 8+ years PM with enterprise software implementations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to adapt to changing conditions.
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with potential for international travel.
• Associates should live near an ADP or WorkForce Software office and work hybrid.
