Job summary

JLL in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager to develop goals, budgets and schedules for client-driven construction projects. You will coordinate design development, due diligence, vendor selection and documentation to keep programs on track.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, 2–5 years PM experience, and strong analytical, interpersonal and MS Office/MS Project skills.

• 2–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project goals and success criteria.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and documentation.
• Develop detailed project budgets and set assumptions.
• Act as primary contact with the client throughout the project.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare RFPs and manage vendor/contractor selection.
