Job summary

JLL in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish, aligning scope with client objectives and budgets.

You will coordinate between clients, contractors and internal teams, develop schedules, manage cash flow, and maintain meticulous documentation. This role requires a strong track record in project/construction management and proficiency with MS Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for relocations and construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all organizational levels.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently and with teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore.
• Valid driver's license.
