Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects from concept through completion, developing goals, schedules, and budgets aligned with client objectives. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding design and construction teams to keep projects on time and on budget while ensuring quality.

In this role you will maintain Master Project Schedules, prepare RFPs, and manage vendor performance. Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate real estate or construction management, including project administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging executive-level clients.
• Proven customer service skills across multiple concurrent client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with consistent accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets and strategies tailored to client needs.
• Act as the primary client contact, guiding teams through design and construction phases.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules and manage performance against key milestones.
• Prepare RFPs and oversee vendor and contractor selection processes.
• Facilitate project meetings to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and team performance to ensure contractual and client compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, keeping leadership informed on key issues.
• Maintain accounts receivable within approved targets and support best-practice improvements.
