Job summary

You will manage budgets and cash flow, track documentation, and drive change with proactive communication and disciplined project governance. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project/ construction management.
• Experience budgeting and cost tracking.
• Strong client and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish.
• Develop scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Oversee execution through construction completion and coordinate stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, vendor RFPs, and documentation.
