Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, construction management, or real estate project coordination experience.
• Ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets with cost control principles.
• Solid understanding of relocation, construction, and renovation technical requirements.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% to project sites and client locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders including architects, contractors, and executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, MS Project, and other PM software applications.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives across multiple concurrent assignments, contributing to project success through proactive coordination.
• Develop comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance against baselines and milestones.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including RFPs, contracts, subcontractors, and quality deliverables.
• Prepare detailed status reports, process invoices, and organize documentation for audits.
• Plan and coordinate work across on-site teams to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.
• Interface with architects, contractors, and client representatives to address concerns and align objectives.
• Leverage JLL technology platforms to maintain project visibility, documentation integrity, and stakeholder communication.
