Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team, leading complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish in the Charlotte/Greensboro area.

You will develop scope documents, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes. Strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant project management or construction management experience.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate seamlessly between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, track cash flow, coordinate vendor RFPs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
