Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Team Lead in the Charlotte/ Greensboro area to guide a project management team. You will drive delivery, mentor up to 5-7 Project Managers, and ensure accurate monthly cash flow forecasts for the region and client units.

This onsite leadership role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of PM experience, with strong data analysis for executive reviews and collaboration with architects, engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients.
• Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders.
• Firm knowledge of construction, architecture or commercial real estate industry.
• Organizational & detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 Project Managers for project delivery and career development.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for the region and client units.
• Support Capital Plan releases to meet CPI/KPI targets.
• Manage vendors to ensure policy compliance.
• Lead project teams including architects and contractors.
• Oversee multiple projects across locations and phases.
• Provide monthly updates to Regional Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate with regional peers to address regional risk.
• Support the annual Capital Planning cycle with validation and estimates.
• Hold the team accountable to JLL and client expectations.
