Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate complex construction and development projects from inception to delivery in the Washington, DC area. You will be the main client contact, translating visions into plans while guiding design, construction milestones, and closeout.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. A PM/CCM/LEED AP is preferred; travel, strong communication, and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing construction or development projects.
• Proficiency with PM methodologies, budget control, and schedule management.
• Proficient with project management software like Procore or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• PMP/CCM/LEED AP preferred but not required.
• Travel to client sites about 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and risk registers; mitigate issues.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payments; ensure compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• Lead meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and closeout materials.
