Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Project and Development Services team in the Charlotte/Greensboro/Winston-Salem area. You will lead large construction and real estate initiatives from inception to completion, aligning scope, schedule, and budget with client objectives.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, manage budgets and cash flows, and ensure thorough documentation and reporting while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant project management or construction management experience.
• Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with project management software including MS Project and Procore.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish.
• Develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Oversee execution through construction completion and coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, track cash flow, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
