Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery across the PM team. Reporting to the Senior PMCL, the role provides coaching, strengthens commercial and project management capabilities, and monitors performance metrics.

PMCLs support the business unit through proposal reviews, performance analysis, and guidance on project delivery, risk management, and commercial evaluation while advising on PM practices and resource optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive multi-project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Coach PM team to apply PM best practices across the business unit.
• Conduct project reviews to monitor budget, schedule, risk, and quality.
• Support HSSE, safety, and environment in project delivery.
• Develop proposals and pricing strategies with leadership.
