Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. seeks a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to ensure best-in-class project delivery across the PM Team.

Reporting to the Senior PMCL, the role coaches and strengthens commercial and project management capabilities while monitoring performance, including budget, schedule, risk, and quality. You will support proposals, perform reviews, advise Project Management Leads, and help enforce PM practices across the business center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or comparable technical, business, or professional degree.
• Strong project management skills with ability to plan and execute projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Independent Reviewer for PM cadre projects.
• Monitor budget, schedule, risk and quality; drive PM practices across the PM framework.
• Lead and support continuous training for project managers and controls staff.
