Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield U.S., Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for Critical Solutions to provide operational leadership across data centers, telecommunications facilities, healthcare systems, and other high-availability environments.

You will oversee work order management, CMMS platforms, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with the Engineering Director and Facilities Managers to ensure consistent execution and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Operations Management or related field.
• 7+ years in facilities/operations management or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with CMMS, work order systems, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and coordinators in operational execution and service delivery.
• Lead implementation and governance of work order management systems and CMMS.
• Monitor performance, aging, and completion rates across portfolios.
• Develop scopes of work, vendor reviews, and client quotations.
• Create and maintain digital playbooks, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance on operational initiatives.
