Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management within Global Enterprise Communications (GEC). You will drive strategy and execute high-priority initiatives across the Global Payment Network and Technology organization, partnering with Communications, Marketing, Business, and Legal teams.

The role requires executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage ambiguity while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in Strategic Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, HR Strategy, Chief of Staff, HRBP role or combination.
• At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for critical initiatives supporting the Global Payment Network and Technology organization.
• Draft strategic communications updates for key executive forums.
• Identify and pilot AI-enabled opportunities to improve workflows and data reporting.
