Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Global Enterprise Affairs Command Center (GEA). You will lead projects to improve delivery, analyze data for leadership decisions, and support strategic planning with Chiefs of Staff and enterprise partners.

You will also develop reporting, drive process improvements, and measure success metrics across the GEA organization. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on well-managed delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
2+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.
Preferred: 3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.

Responsibilities

Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well-managed delivery in collaboration with Chiefs of Staff and enterprise partners.
Analyze data and communicate findings to inform decision making.
Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning, and change management.
Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well-managed.
Identify and implement process improvements and drive compliance with best practices.
Create and measure success metrics and monitor progress toward goals.
