Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 Years of Project Management experience.
• Masters or MBA degree.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 year in Brand Strategy, Marketing or Advertising.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute large and small-scale projects contributing to broader business initiatives.
• Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment to meet shifting goals.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to manage risks and on-time delivery.
• Leverage problem-solving and analytical skills to align with business intent.
• Serve as a strategic partner to drive seamless delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships and communicate to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Implement clear frameworks to manage work within complex workstreams.
• Refine workflows and templates to improve team output.
