Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Management for its Network Brand within the Global Payment Network. The role centers on leading cross-functional projects, aligning scope and timelines, and delivering strategic business outcomes with strong governance and risk management.

You will partner with leaders across teams to drive seamless delivery, refine workflows, and implement effective project management tools to improve output and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 Years of Project Management experience.
• Masters or MBA degree (preferred).
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year in Brand Strategy, Marketing or Advertising (preferred).
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support and execute large and small-scale projects that contribute to broader business initiatives.
• Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery.
• Leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure project execution aligns with business intent.
• Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project partners and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery.
• Build strong relationships and leverage outstanding communication skills to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the company.
• Quickly implement clear frameworks and organization to effectively manage work within complex workstreams.
• Continuously refine workflows, templates, and project management tools to eliminate bottlenecks and improve the team's creative output.
