Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management within the Global Enterprise Communications team in Global External Affairs. You will partner with Communications, Marketing, Business, and Legal to drive strategy and deliver high-priority initiatives with measurable impact.

You will lead cross-functional programs, present to senior leaders, and foster a culture of disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and responsible AI adoption across enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• Experience in Strategic Operations, Project Management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience writing communications for leadership.
• Familiarity with AI tools in operations is a plus.

Responsibilities
