Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Management to drive cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will manage strategic initiatives, partner with leaders across teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 Years of Project Management experience.
• Masters or MBA degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 1 year in Brand Strategy, Marketing or Advertising.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute projects contributing to business initiatives.
• Design, develop, and adapt project plans in fast-paced environments.
• Ensure documentation and governance to manage risks and on-time delivery.
• Use problem-solving and analytical skills to align with business intent.
• Partner with project partners and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Build relationships and communicate with stakeholders across the company.
• Implement clear frameworks to manage work in complex streams.
• Refine workflows and tools to improve team output.
