Job summary

Capital One in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Manager, Project Management to drive strategy and execute high-priority initiatives for the Global Enterprise Communications team. You will partner with Communications, Marketing, Legal and Business leaders to deliver value and influence senior stakeholders from day one.

You will lead cross-functional projects, craft strategic updates for executive forums, and explore AI-enabled improvements to data synthesis, reporting and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 6+ years in Strategic Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, HR Strategy, Chief of Staff or similar.
• At least 1 year in roadmap alignment, governance, and change management.
• 3+ years working with senior stakeholders across functions.
• 3+ years writing leadership communications and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for critical initiatives in Global Payment Network and Technology.
• Draft strategic communications updates for executive forums.
• Identify and pilot AI-enabled opportunities to improve operations and reporting.
