Job summary

Capital One’s Global Enterprise Affairs (GEA) Command Center seeks a driven Senior Project Manager to lead programs advancing operational excellence and well‑managed delivery across the enterprise. You will partner with Chiefs of Staff and key partners to drive delivery of EA’s strategic priorities and translate insights into actionable plans.

You will analyze data, support strategic planning including financial/resource planning, and create reporting and metrics to track progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 2 years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.
3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.
Relevant coursework or experience in finance, accounting, business, economics or mathematics.
Relevant project or process management certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well‑managed delivery in collaboration with Chiefs of Staff and enterprise partners.
Analyze data and effectively communicate findings to GEA leaders to inform decision making.
Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning, and change management.
Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well‑managed.
Identify and implement process improvements and drive compliance with best practices.
Create and measure success metrics and monitor progress toward goals.
