Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Global Enterprise Affairs Command Center to lead projects and programs that drive operational excellence and well-managed delivery across the organization.

You will analyze data, build reporting, and collaborate with Chiefs of Staff and enterprise partners on strategic planning, financial planning, and change management to advance EA’s priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, project management, program management, process management or a combination.
• Relevant coursework or experience in finance, accounting, business, economics or mathematics.
• Relevant project or process management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad hoc projects and ongoing programs to drive operational efficiency and well-managed delivery in close collaboration with Chiefs of Staff and key enterprise partners.
• Analyze data and effectively communicate findings to GEA leaders to inform decision making.
• Assist Chiefs of Staff and GEA leaders with strategic planning, including financial and resource planning, and change management.
• Develop and support reporting to ensure GEA is well-managed.
• Identify and implement process improvements and drive compliance with best practices.
• Create and measure success metrics and monitor progress toward goals.
