Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced invoicing professional to support professional services projects. You will manage invoicing workflows in Deltek Vision, ensure timely revenue recognition, and coordinate with PMs, vendors, and finance teams to keep WIP and receivables on track.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex contracts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years invoicing experience in professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time-management skills.
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up invoicing in Deltek Vision, process change orders, and coordinate project setup with PMs and billers.
• Ensure revenue recognition is accurate and assist PMs with Target ELM.
• Review vendor and subcontractor invoices; set up contracts, projects, and tasks in accounting software.
• Draft invoices for principals/PMs for client submission and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Follow up on receivables and WIP; communicate with project principals/PMs.
• Assist with FAR audits and support monthly close and ad hoc requests from regional managers or Finance.
