Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Senior Lead to manage major client accounts and a portfolio of projects. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, drive retention and growth, and lead fee proposals and strategic opportunities.

Hybrid role with remote work preference; travel to client offices/sites as needed to support relationships and delivery. Candidates should bring extensive capital projects experience, leadership, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive construction/project management experience, including 3 years in leadership.
• Experience delivering large, complex capital projects in data centers or similar technically complex industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior lead for major client accounts or a project portfolio, ensuring service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support growth.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and development/management of fee proposals.
• Oversee financial performance including revenue tracking, margins, AR, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
• Lead cost control strategies and provide guidance in capital planning and procurement.
