Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking an experienced project controls leader to act as an Owner's Representative, overseeing complex capital projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate controls across risk, schedule, cost, and governance while guiding client relationships and business development.

The role demands senior-level experience in construction and capital delivery, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical proficiency in Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience/degree.
• 10+ years of experience in the data center industry with strong knowledge of MEP.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction, capital projects, project controls, or program management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all phases of construction and capital project delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and stakeholders in complex capital delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building client relationships and providing strategic guidance.
• Support business development through industry expertise, thought leadership, proposal development, and industry events.
• Act as an Owner's Representative, overseeing capital projects from planning through handover.
• Lead project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate the project controls program across risk, schedule, cost, change management, governance, and reporting.
