Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a seasoned program leader to oversee high-value capital projects across data centers and related infrastructure. You will manage budgets, de-risk programs, and lead cross-functional teams while building long-term client relationships.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, risk management, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with opportunities for remote work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 10+ years professional experience progressing in quantity surveying or cost management.
• 5+ years experience in the data center industry.
• 3+ years experience with Hyperscale (>30MW) Data Centers.
• 8+ years of demonstrated knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• You’ll contribute to developing annual budgets and strategic objectives.
• You’ll lead business development teams and collaborate with leaders of other business units, regions or functions in the identification and pursuit of new opportunities.
• You’ll develop a wide industry network of contacts to stay informed about industry actions.
• You’ll select and develop senior leaders, set objectives, and manage budgets and incentives.
• You’ll monitor client relationships to ensure delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
• You’ll evaluate contracts and backlog for risk exposure and develop mitigation strategies.
• You’ll foster industry networks and participate in industry events and public-facing thought leadership.
• You’ll oversee project execution and ensure delivery from concept through handover, including post-handover upgrades.
• You’ll work with Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors to achieve project goals.
• You’ll identify risks in construction/commissioning and develop mitigation plans.
• You’ll travel as needed and maintain effective collaboration across teams and clients.
