Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a seasoned Cost Management leader to drive service delivery for major client accounts and a portfolio of projects. You will steer client retention, growth, and negotiations, while leading fee proposals and managing margins and forecast accuracy.

The role requires a strong track record in capital project cost control, risk mitigation, and value engineering, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for complex data center and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity (Data Center experience preferable).
• Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall firm growth.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal development and management.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering.
• Oversee financial performance — including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting.
