Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across the Resources Business Group. The role blends leadership, execution, and strategic direction to position HDR as a market differentiator.

You will align technical delivery with strategy, partner with technology leaders, and shape the annual technology roadmap while advancing workforce development and best practices across multiple market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Experience leading program management and service delivery strategies across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for program management services and technology integration.
• Lead and mentor practitioners within the program management and service delivery teams.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with HDR's strategic plan over 3–5 years.
• Collaborate with leaders across service delivery, project controls, and commercial management.
