Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology within the Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role combines program management, service delivery technology, and technical project execution to connect delivery with strategy.

You will shape HDR's strategic plan for the next three to five years and position HDR as a marketplace differentiator while leading teams across market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree and PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience leading program management and service delivery technology teams.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (DB, PDB, EPC, EPCM, CMAR).
• Strong data fluency and ability to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Business Class Leadership across HDR Resources Group.
• Oversee Service Delivery Technology Leadership and technical execution.
• Coordinate with leadership and technology teams to align strategy and delivery.
• Develop technology roadmaps and oversee technology strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to policies and practices.
