Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

You will connect technical delivery, strategy, and innovation while partnering with HDR leadership and technology teams to shape the plan for the next three to five years and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional engineering registration.
• Ability to lead diverse, matrixed teams.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Monitor KPIs and drive utilization of resources across the program management function.
• Develop and implement the Annual Technology Roadmap for service delivery business classes.
• Mentor, train, and develop practitioners within the program management class.
• Collaborate with leadership to position HDR as a market differentiator.
