The role blends leadership over program management, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

The position reports to senior directors, collaborates across disciplines, and drives strategic planning for the next three to five years, positioning HDR as a market differentiator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (e.g., PE).
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Committed to HDR values and ownership culture.
• Active participation in HDR employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead Service Delivery Technology initiatives and align technology with business strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery excellence across programs.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for program management.
• Mentor and develop practitioners within the program management class.
• Represent HDR in industry engagements and pursue client development initiatives.
